These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Networth Realty Services website at networth-ca.com ("the Site") and any communications you receive from us, including SMS text messages and voicemail. By using the Site or opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms.
Networth Realty Services is owned and operated by Doug Grace, a licensed California real estate professional. We provide buyer representation, market intelligence, and educational resources for Sacramento-area real estate, with a focus on new construction and multigenerational family housing.
The Site is intended for users 18 years of age or older located in the United States. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Real estate decisions should be made in consultation with appropriate licensed professionals.
Program Name: Networth Realty Services Lead Follow-up
Program Description: When you submit your phone number through a lead capture form on the Site and check the SMS consent box, you opt in to receive text messages from Doug Grace at Networth Realty Services. Messages are related to the resource you requested (such as a downloaded guide or cheat sheet) and to Sacramento new construction topics relevant to your stated interests.
Message Frequency: You can expect to receive approximately 1–3 SMS messages following your opt-in, with optional follow-up messages thereafter based on your engagement. Message frequency is not recurring on a fixed schedule.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, depending on your plan. Networth Realty Services does not charge you to receive these messages.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to the originating number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help Instructions: If at any time you need help, text HELP to the originating number, or contact us at doug@networth-ca.com. You will receive a reply with contact information and instructions.

By submitting your phone number through a Site form and checking the consent box, you give express written consent to receive SMS text messages and ringless voicemail communications from Doug Grace at Networth Realty Services using automated technology. Consent to receive these communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may withdraw consent at any time as described above.
If you opt in, you may receive a brief voicemail message delivered directly to your voicemail inbox without ringing your phone. These messages will identify Doug Grace and Networth Realty Services and will relate to the resource you requested. Voicemail communications are subject to the same opt-out rights as SMS: reply STOP to any text message or contact us directly to discontinue all communications.

Submitting a form, downloading a resource, or engaging with our communications does not create a real estate agency or fiduciary relationship between you and Doug Grace or Networth Realty Services. A formal agency relationship is established only by signing a written buyer or seller representation agreement.
All content on the Site and in our communications is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about real estate outcomes, market predictions, or financial results. Real estate transactions involve risk; consult licensed professionals before making decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Networth Realty Services and Doug Grace are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our communications.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our communications after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
